FORTRESS SELF STORAGE – MOORABBIN

Regis Consulting was contracted to build 180 units in June 2003, they were appointed as Construction Managers as well as Consulting on all aspects of the new Development including fire design, building layout and storage unit mix.
The companies director Stephen Whitaker went on to say “ Regis Consulting provided a cost effective means of construction, their attention to detail and services resulting in a project delivered on time and well under budget, the results speak for themselves”.
This new facility has potential to grow to 600 units and this growth in planned at various stages over the next five years.

STORAGE KING- GREENSBOROUGH

Regis Consulting was contracted to built 280 units in November 2003, including the Project Management of the construction of a three Story Steel Framed Building including the following trades; Structural Steel, Roofing, Unit Fit out, Hoist installation, Glasing, Electrical and Fire Services.

Company Director Rob Langford made the following comments: “ Regis Consulting involvement, saved our company a substantial amount of money and the project was delivered in record time. The finish on the building was outstanding and our occupancy has increased as a result”.

MCCLEELAND DRIVE SELF STORAGE

Regis Consulting was engaged to design and construction a stand-alone steel framed building including 80 units. Construction was completed in March 2004. The facility now has 400 units with another 100 planned in early 2005.

Facility owner Robert Brown commented “ We are delighted with the results, the building took minimal time to complete and the finish is comparable to any fit out we have seen in Australia”.

MOORABBIN STORAGE KING

Regis Consulting commenced the renovation of 50 units as well as the installation of 2000 square metres of mezzanine that was been over the top of existing units, after demolition of a existing floor, a hoist, stairs and another 120 units were built on the new mezzanine.

Allan Walker the company’s Director added “ We are delighted with the final result, the facility now has a modern day finish in lieu of the existing silver rollers doors and walls, the project was completed on time with minimal disruption to the function of the facility.
