STORAGE KING KILSYTH OPENS

The new facility has pride of place alongside other businesses in ColChester Road in Kilsyth which is located in Melboune’s eastern suburbs. The Self-Storage Facility opened in September 2004 and features 220 alarmed units with CCTV. The Storage King offers a no charge move in trailer and boardroom for its clients.

Regis Consulting delivered the 220 units, 2400sqm of Mezzanine and goods hoist to the client well ahead of project schedule and without any variations to the contract. Ian Rich the Owner of the facility said “We are delighted with the finished product, we believe it rivals all facilities across Melbourne”

Due to the impressive let up of units, Regis Consulting has now completed another 230 units which were completed in January 2005. Storage King Management commented, “that the location, finish to the facility and management has allowed the facility to let it’s units well ahead of their initial forecast”.

The fitout consisted of the Storco 60% Gloss Hallway Panel 5000 with its unique tongue and grove system, 45-degree corners, and Stainless steel chequerplate to all corner and collision areas. Hallway ceilings were installed for asthetic purposes.
