Fitout Options

Regis Construction Group have a complete range of ancillary products to enhance the look, durability & security of your facility.

Storage unit mesh roof systems

The ability to provide a secure storage environment is just as if not more important to a potential storer as the apearance of a clean modern looking facility. The installation of ceiling mesh to the top of each unit provides this secure environment ensuring intruders cannot climb or throw any item into a storers unit.

Regis provide the option of either gloss white powder coated mesh panels with integrated flat steel fitted to all 4 sides or “roll out” zinc mesh manufactured from 2mm thick steel with openings measuring 50mm x 50mm.

Alternatively dependant upon unit wall & ceiling height all hallway/corridor & internal panel can be raked to the underneath of the ceiling eliminating any gaps.

Super Panel rub rails

To protect the hallway/corridor panel from trolley damage we recommend protecting your investment with 1-2 rows of hardwood timber rub rail or aluminium chequerplate strategically placed to suit the chosen trolley bed & handle height.

Hallway/corridor ceiling system

Regis offer an integrated full width ceiling soffit system that seamlessly compliments the Super Panel hallway panel. The ceiling system not only enhances the aesthetics of the fit out but it also dramatically increases ambient light levels in front of each unit entrance due to the high gloss finish.

Alternatively a preformed lighting track system can be installed onto which the fluorescent lighting can then be mounted, again adding to the overall appeal & increasing lighting levels in the hallway.
